Your treatment may include advanced modalities when they are appropriate for your skin that day. These may support hydration, calming, oxygenation, lifting, firming, brightening, exfoliation, barrier support, and overall skin renewal. Not every modality is suitable for every client or every visit. Each technology is selected intentionally based on your skin’s condition, sensitivity, barrier function, and long-term goals to enhance your results while protecting the health and integrity of your skin. Please refer to each service description for the specific modalities that may be included in Customized Essentials, Customized Premier, or Advanced Skin Resurfacing Treatment.

Sunny chooses the machine or advanced modality based on your skin’s needs. At Korean Skin Theory, treatments are not selected by trend or machine name. Your skin will be evaluated at the time of your visit, and Sunny will determine which modalities are appropriate based on your skin condition, sensitivity, barrier health, and long-term goals. Not every machine is suitable for every skin type or every visit.

HydraFacial is a trademarked device and treatment name. At Korean Skin Theory, we offer a similar Korean hydro-dermabrasion treatment called Hydrofacial, which is designed to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, extract impurities, and infuse the skin with hydration. While it is not the branded HydraFacial device, the treatment provides a similar experience and is customized based on your skin’s condition, sensitivity, and needs at the time of your visit.
