Your appointments are very important to Korean Skin Theory, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment for cancellations or rescheduling requests.  Your time is valuable and so is mine.  Please be on time for your appointment and arrive no more than 5 mins before your appointment time.  If you arrive more than fifteen (15) minutes past your appointment time, you will forfeit your appointment timeslot and your deposit.

STRICT AND ENFORCED CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed at least 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks or months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. A deposit of $60 will be collected at the time of your reservation. You have the option for a refund of your deposit after your treatment or keep the deposit on hold to secure your next appointment timeslot.  THE DEPOSIT CAN NOT BE APPLIED TO YOUR TREATMENT COST.  Note that if more than 11 months have lapsed between your last appointment and your request for refund,  the refund amount of your deposit will be processed less the amount of credit card surcharges.

- Less than 48 hour notice from your appointment will result in a charge of $60 or 100% forfeiture of the deposit amount.  

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged $60 or 100% forfeiture of the deposit payment. 

- You may reschedule your appointment up to two times, as long as you inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.  If you are still unable to commit to the second rescheduled appointment, you will be charged $60 or 100% forfeiture of the deposit payment.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Korean Skin Theory's policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
