CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

At Korean Skin Theory, your appointments are very important to us. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, to maintain our commitment to providing exceptional service, we have a strict cancellation policy with no exceptions.

APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES:

Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than fifteen (15) minutes late will result in forfeiture of your appointment slot and deposit.

Deposit Requirement: A deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment time. This deposit can be retained for future appointments or refunded after your treatment. The deposit cannot be applied to treatment costs.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

72-Hour Notice: We require at least 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so will result in a 100% forfeiture of the deposit.

No Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will forfeit the entire deposit amount.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to two times, provided you give at least 72 hours' notice. If you cannot commit to the second rescheduled appointment, you will forfeit the deposit.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Deposits are subject to a deduction for credit card surcharges if more than 12 months lapse between the date you scheduled your appointment and a refund request. Our policy ensures that we can fill appointments with clients on our waiting list, allowing us to serve everyone better.
 
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION REQUIRED:

All appointments must be confirmed at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

A confirmation request will be sent by text message. You MUST respond to the confirmation request by the stated deadline to keep your appointment.

If we do not receive your confirmation by the deadline, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and the time will be released to another client, and your deposit will be forfeited. 

Please note that the appointment reminders and confirmation text are provided as a convenience. It remains the client's responsibility to remember their scheduled appointment and to comply with our 72-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

By booking an appointment, you automatically acknowledge and agree to these policies.
